Security & Privacy

Security and privacy are foundational to H₁. We understand the sensitivity of factory floor data and have built our system with strict safeguards to protect your operations and your people. For questions, contact contact@h1visionai.com.

Camera Data & Video Processing

Privacy-first design: H₁ does not identify individuals. Our AI analyzes motion patterns, task sequences, and workflow data, not faces or personal identities.

Blurred processing: Video feeds can be processed with automated blurring applied, ensuring that individual features are never captured or stored.

On-premise deployment: For maximum control, video analysis can run entirely on your infrastructure. Raw camera feeds never leave your facility.

No long-term storage: Camera data is processed in real-time for model analysis. We do not save video footage beyond what is necessary for immediate operational insights. Once motion and workflow patterns are extracted, source video is discarded.

Encryption: All data, whether in transit between cameras and processing units or at rest in temporary buffers, is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

Data We Collect

Operational data: Movement patterns, station utilization, cycle times, idle periods, and process flow metrics extracted from camera analysis.

Machine telemetry: Equipment status, performance metrics, and sensor data when integrated with existing systems.

Contact information: Details you provide through waitlist or contact forms (name, company, email, phone) to communicate about pilots, product updates, and support.

How We Use Your Data

Operational insights: Camera-derived data is used solely to generate productivity metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements for your facility.

Model improvement: Aggregated, anonymized workflow patterns may be used to enhance H₁'s AI models. These are never tied to specific individuals or facilities without explicit consent.

Customer communication: Contact information is used to provide product updates, pilot coordination, and technical support.

Your Control

Data ownership: You own your operational data. H₁ processes it on your behalf, and you control retention policies and access permissions.

Deletion rights: You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, we will remove all associated records from our systems.

Transparency: We provide clear documentation on what data is collected, how it's processed, and where it's stored.

Security Measures

Access control: Only authorized personnel have access to customer data, governed by strict role-based permissions.

Infrastructure security: Our systems are hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure with regular security audits.

Incident response: In the unlikely event of a security incident, we have protocols in place to notify affected customers promptly and take corrective action.

Compliance

H₁ is designed to comply with data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We work with customers to ensure our deployment meets their specific regulatory and compliance requirements.

Last updated: October 2025. We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
